Banners are not rotated (the space is yours, and yours only while you own it!), and normally start on the first of each month and end on the last day of that month. Subject to availability.

Rates:

$320/month for full-size banners on the Home Page
$250/month for full-size banners on the Calendar Page
$100/month for a 120x240 Skyscraper banner on the Home Page

Half Size banners are half the rate of the above prices

Skyscrapers and Buttons:

We just started offering these sizes and are open to negotiation on pricing depending on page. Positions are first-come, first-serve on a page. For instance, if you are the first client to request a skyscraper or button on any given page, you will be given the top position, and we will move you up as the ads above you expire. We have set a price of $50/month for a 120x60 button ad on the Home Page to give you an idea of where negotiations would start.

Things you should know:

We require a signed contract before you place your first banner ad. After that, you can extend your banner by sending an email to webmaster@westhollywood.com and renew on a monthly basis provided that we have not sold the space, and you are current on your payments. Invoices are sent on a monthly basis. We actively pursue advertisers for banner spaces beginning on the date their contract expires, so we cannot guarantee you will get your space if you do not have a signed contract or acknowledgment from us that we have received your email for an extension. Emails requesting extensions of existing banners are considered contracts and are binding. Banner rates are adjusted on annual basis based on the prior year's average hits x .02 and rounded up to the nearest $10. Your rate will be increased at that time if you are on a month to month term.

We sometimes send out a newsletter, and charge the Home Page rates for it; banners are placed similarly to the Home Page. Our newsletter reaches about 3,000 recipients. Banners must be received 3 business days before they are to run. We do not create banners, but can recommend someone to you who can.
